Frequently Asked Questions
What age is suitable?
Children from 6+ years do very well. Babies and toddlers under 2 years are not recommended due to altitude.
How is altitude managed for children?
We fly directly to Leh (avoiding the road acclimatization issue), include 2 rest days, and our guide monitors children and seniors with a pulse oximeter throughout.
Are there vegetarian meal options?
Yes — all meals can be made fully vegetarian. Jain meals available on request.
